By using this website or placing an order with Tops Timber Co., Ltd. (operating the Tops Timber storefront), you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

Pricing and currency

All prices are displayed in USD (US dollars) unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices do not include import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Product descriptions

Veneer is a natural-looking surface material. Color, grain, and pattern appearance can vary slightly between screen rendering, physical sample, production batch, and installed environment. Customers are responsible for confirming suitability — including color match, substrate compatibility, and adhesive requirements — before cutting, installing, or applying adhesive. We recommend ordering samples before committing to full sheets.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where information provided is inaccurate, inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent or unsuitable for fulfillment. Acceptance of payment does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

Intellectual property

All site content — including product images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Tops Timber Co., Ltd. It may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including project delays, installation costs, or losses arising from unsuitable material selection. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Export compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that importing our products complies with the laws and regulations of their destination country, including any timber import restrictions, biosecurity requirements, or customs declarations.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your order will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. Consumers in jurisdictions with mandatory local consumer protection laws retain any rights conferred by those laws.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
