Shipping rates and delivery times.
We ship worldwide from China. The sample pack is a 1.5 kg product brochure (120+ real-veneer cards across every current finish) priced at $10, plus a per-region shipping rate (below). Full sheets are quoted on request so we can arrange proper freight for the 250×60 cm pieces.
Sample Pack — shipping by region
The brochure itself is $10. Because each brochure is a 1.5 kg parcel, international shipping is a real per-region rate — not a token fee. The rates below are per book — ordering more than one scales the shipping by weight:

All prices in USD. Brochure ($10) and shipping show as separate lines at checkout. The windows above are transit time — add about 3 business days for dispatch (see below). Regions not listed (Rest of World) ship on a freight quote: contact us with your address for a rate. The Middle East and parts of Asia move by tracked economy air post (the longer windows).
Full Sheets (250 × 60 cm) — freight quote on request
Full sheets ship by freight to ensure they arrive flat and undamaged. Because crating, freight class, and customs vary by destination and quantity, we provide a quote per order rather than a flat-rate price.
Minimum order: 4 sheets (mix different finishes if you like). Freight is the main cost for full sheets, so ordering at least 4 keeps your per-sheet shipping low.
How it works:
- Send us your ship-to address and quantity (or use the “Request a Freight Quote” button on any finish page).
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with rate options, dispatch time, and customs documents.
- If you accept, we send a secure payment link for the full order including shipping.
Typical dispatch after payment is 3–5 business days (crating + commercial documentation).

Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide accurate commercial documentation (commercial invoice, HS code, packing list) on every shipment for smooth clearance.
- United States: orders under $800 USD typically clear duty-free under the de minimis threshold.
- European Union: VAT (typically 19–25%) applies to all imports regardless of value.
- United Kingdom: VAT (20%) applies; orders over £135 also subject to import duty.
- Middle East: some countries (e.g. Saudi Arabia, UAE) levy VAT (5–15%) on imports collected at clearance.
- Canada / Australia: GST/HST/GST may be collected by the carrier at delivery.
Dispatch & handling
- Sample pack: dispatched within 3 business days of your order — the brochure is prepared, labelled, and packed for export. Your total delivery time = ~3 business days dispatch + the transit window in the table above.
- Orders placed before noon China Standard Time (UTC+8) count toward the same business day; weekend and Chinese national-holiday orders start the next business day.
- Full sheets: dispatch confirmed at time of quote (typically 3–5 business days for crating).
If your package is delayed or lost
If tracking has not updated 14 days past the estimated transit window above, please contact us with your order number — we’ll investigate with the carrier and either re-ship or refund. Middle East, economy-air, and Rest-of-World shipments may take up to 30 days before we treat a package as lost.
Damage in transit
Inspect the package before cutting or installing. If packaging or product appears damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the affected items at our expense, including return shipping if needed.
Returns
- The sample pack is non-returnable — it is a one-time reference brochure. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it.
- Full sheets: we accept returns for product defects and shipping damage. Returns for “changed my mind” reasons are not accepted — we encourage ordering the sample pack first to confirm finish and feel.
