Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused veneer sheets and sample packs in original, resalable condition.
To initiate a return, contact us before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
The following cannot be returned unless caused by a confirmed product defect or shipping damage:
- Cut, installed, altered, or adhesive-applied sheets
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items not in original packaging
Damaged or incorrect orders
Inspect your order on arrival before cutting or installing. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
For international returns: mark the return shipment as "Returned Goods" on customs documentation. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred on the return are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked courier service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
EU and UK buyers — right of withdrawal
If you are ordering as a consumer from the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, provided the goods are unused and in original condition. To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day window. Return shipping is at your cost unless the goods are faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are processed in the currency of the original transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
